Tarryn is a senior procurement expert with an extensive knowledge of the education sector, technology industry and the wider public sector market place. She is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities and providing national and compliant service frameworks.

Julie Cripps

Julie started working for KCS in 1991 and has worked in various purchasing roles. She is a member of ‘Chartered Institute of Purchasing Supply’. As a Contract Manager she manages the MFD and Managed Services frameworks. The role involves writing and overseeing the contract, managing the suppliers and ensuring the SLA’s are adhered to.

Stefanie Manley

Stefanie has been at KCS since 2003 and has worked in the Curriculum and Premises departments before moving onto AV & IT in 2008. As one of three Contract Managers, Stefanie is responsible for writing and managing the OJEU compliant frameworks for Interactive Audio Visual and IT, Software and Telephony. She can also advise and guide customers on how to use the frameworks and conduct further competitions.

Jennifer Ware

Jenny has been with KCS since January 2015. Her role entails writing frameworks and managing the suppliers within them. She also guides customers through the use of the frameworks and can help advise them through further competitions and offer expert advice. Jenny manages the office supplies, catering, cleaning and frozen, chilled and ambient frameworks.

Stuart has been working for KCS since 2015 as a Business Development Executive. He visits customer establishments including schools, councils and charities advising on the frameworks that KCS write and manage and provides information on the products and services available.

Mark has been working for KCS Professional Services since 2010. He is currently the manager of the Billing Team and a Data Analyst. Before this he has worked in a variety of roles with in the section including invoice processing and sales.

Rebecca Weaving

Becky is a Product Specialist for Professional Services and has been with KCS since 2011; firstly as a warehouse operative, before joining the Professional Services Team in March 2016. Becky’s role is based around customer service, primarily resolving customer queries, providing pricing for AV, IT and MFD products and offering impartial advice to customers.

Kayley has been with the KCS Professional Services Team since February 2016 and works as a Product Specialist. Her main role is to support customers in the purchasing or leasing of MFD, AV and IT equipment via the government frameworks.

Andrea has worked at KCS since 2014 and is part of the team that deals with customer and supplier invoicing and financing. Her role is customer and supplier facing as first point of contact for all invoicing queries for the MFD framework.

Erica has worked at KCS since 2015 and is part of the team that deals with customer and supplier invoicing and financing. Her role is to check and process all supplier invoices onto the system to generate customer invoices. She also assists in resolving invoice queries from customers.

Alison joined KCS in 2017 as a Business Development Executive. She visits customers from the public sector including schools, councils and charities advising them on the frameworks that KCS write and manage, and provides information on the products and services available.

Amelia has been with the KCS Professional Services Team since December 2017 and works as an Account Manager. Her main role is to support customers in the purchasing or leasing of MFD, AV and IT equipment and Fleet services via the government frameworks.

Dawn joined KCS Professional Services in September 2018 as an Admin Support Assistant. Her role is to provide administration support to the renewals team and assist customers with queries.

Freddie joined the Professional Services team in September 2018. Freddie is responsible for assisting the framework managers in their daily tasks and activities and supports the team with upcoming frameworks.

As a new starter at KCS, Rebecca’s role is to support the Business Development team by processing new orders and corresponding with customers and suppliers to ensure that deliveries are completed. Rebecca is also responsible for helping with customer enquiries.

Jacki has been with KCS since CTS Fleet and KCS Professional Services merged in April 2018, bringing with her a wealth of automotive industry experience and knowledge. Jacki manages the renewals team, looking after renewals across our frameworks and works closely with the team to ensure a smooth renewal for our customers.
